ضمان رضا كامل لمدة 14 يوماً. إذا لم تكوني راضية عن مشترياتك لأي سبب، نعيد لك المبلغ كاملاً.
كيف تطلبين الاسترجاع
- راسلينا خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء على contact@bundolio.com.
- اذكري رقم الطلب أو البريد الإلكتروني المستخدم في الشراء.
ماذا يحدث بعدها
- نردّ خلال يومي عمل، ونسترجع المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية نفسها.
- يظهر المبلغ في حسابك عادةً خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل حسب البنك.
- يشمل الضمان المنتج الأساسي وأي منتج إضافي اشتريتِه (الخطة اليومية، حقيبة الحروف العربية)، ويمكنك استرجاع منتج واحد أو كل المنتجات.
ملاحظات
- بما أن المنتجات رقمية، لا يلزم إرجاع أي شيء بالبريد.
- نرجو التواصل معنا أولاً قبل فتح نزاع لدى البنك؛ نحل أي مشكلة بسرعة.
- لا توجد اشتراكات، لذلك لا يوجد ما يتطلب الإلغاء.

How to request a refund
- Email contact@bundolio.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your order number or the email used at checkout.
What happens next
- We reply within 2 business days and refund to your original payment method.
- Funds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- The guarantee covers the main product and any add-on you bought (the 30-day plan, the Arabic Letters Pack); you can refund one item or all of them.
Notes
- Products are digital, so nothing needs to be returned.
- Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we resolve issues quickly.
- There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.
